信息采集内容：反映工程现场施工情况的数码照片、数码录像；施工图纸的电子化；工程施工方案图纸；设计变更图纸；电子文档签章；人力、材料、机械设备、资金等资源统计；进度、投资等统计报表；安全质量保证资料；天气气象资料；沉降观测数据分析；其他项目需要信息管理所需要的资料。采集手段和时效：采用绘制、填写、拍摄、扫描等手段，对工程项目信息进行收集，对于静态消息要及时进行上报存储，对于动态消息要及时收集上报，及时更新，保证信息的准确性和时效性。

（2）信息的加工整理及传递

对各方面收集到的数据和信息进行鉴别、选择、核对、合并、排序、更新、计算、汇总，生成不同形式的数据和信息，以提供给建设单位、监理及项目部各类管理人员。使用网络平台传输、共享数据，在项目部内部通过数据库、Intranet（局域网）实现数据的传送和共享；通过Internet与建设单位、监理进行数据和信息的交流和共享，并使用传真、电话等作为辅助手段。

（3）信息存储

处理后的项目信息按照统一编码、固定的格式进行存储，一般存储在服务器，使用移动硬盘和光盘（刻录）进行安全备份。
