编制轻钢骨架石膏板隔墙工程施工方案，并对工人进行书面技术及安全交底。
4.2Threehoursrefractoryaginggypsumboardpartitionsystem三小时耐火时效石膏板隔墙系统 Doublelayerthree12mmpaperfireproofgypsumboard+75keel+50mmthick,60kg/m³densityrockwool. 双面三层12mm纸面防火石膏板+75龙骨+50mm厚，60kg/m³容重岩棉。
4.3 Materialrequirements.材料要求
(1)Variouskeel,gypsumboardmaterialsandaccessoriesandauxiliarymaterialsshallcomplywithexistingnationalstandardsandindustrystandards.Whenthedecorativematerialexamination,foundnottocomplywiththedesignrequirementsandtherelevantprovisionsofindoorenvironmentalpollutioncontrolnorms,prohibitedtheuseof.
(1)各类龙骨、配件和石膏板材料以及辅材的材质均应符合现行国家标准和行业标准的规定。当装饰材料进场检验，发现不符合设计要求及室内环保污染控制规范的有关规定时，严禁使用。
1)Lightsteelkeelmainparts:Thekeelalongthetop,alongthekeeltostrengthenthekeel,verticalkeel,transversekeelshouldmeetthedesignrequirementsandtherelevantprovisionsofthestandards.
轻钢龙骨主件:沿顶龙骨、沿地龙骨、加强龙骨、竖向龙骨、横撑龙骨应符合设计要求和有关规定的标准。 2)Lightsteelframeaccessories:Supportcard,Cato,Angle,fittings,suchasfixedandlayeringaccessoriesshouldcomplywiththedesignrequirements
轻钢骨架配件:支撑卡、卡托、角托、连接件、固定件和压条等附件应符合设计要求。

3)Fasteningmaterial:pullanchors,expansionbolts,galvanizedself-tappingscrewsandpastecaulkingmaterialshallmeetthedesignrequirements.
紧固材料:拉锚钉、膨胀螺栓、镀锌自攻螺丝和粘贴嵌缝材，应符合设计要求。
4)Gypsumboardsurfaceshouldbesmooth,neatedge,thereshouldbenodirt,cracks,chipping,warping,peeling,color,patternincompletedefects.
石膏板应表面平整、边缘整齐、不应有污垢、裂纹、缺角、翘曲、起皮、色差、图案不完整的缺陷。 (2)Fillsoundinsulationmaterial:Rockwoolshouldmeetthedesignrequirementsofselection.填充隔声材料:岩棉应符合设计要求选用。

轻钢骨架隔断工程施工前，应先安排外装，安装石膏板应待屋面、顶棚和墙体抹灰完成后进行。基底含水率达到装饰要求，一般应小于8％—12％以下。并经有关单位、部门验收合格。办理完工种交接手续。如设计有地枕时，地枕应达到设计强度后方可在上面迸行隔墙龙骨安装。

Securethetopandbottomofthekeel，Aftereachhandoverkeel，Shouldremainflatvertical，Securelyinstalled. 弹线必须准确，经复验后方可进行下道工序。固定沿顶和沿地龙骨，各自交接后的龙骨，应保持平整垂直，安装牢固。
5.3Thekeyrequirementofquality质量关键要求
(1)Prohibitedpartitionwallconnectingmemberusingshootingnailfixedonthebrick
wall。ShouldusetheembeddedpartsorexpansionboltconnectionUpperandlowerthresholdmustbefirmlyconnectedwiththemainbody。
严禁隔断墙上连接件采用射钉固定在砖墙上。应采用预埋件或膨胀螺栓进行连接。上下 槛必须与主体结构连接牢固。
(2)Gypsumboardshouldundergoarigorousselection，SurfacesshouldbeflatandsmoothInstallgypsumboardshouldbestrictlycheckedtheverticalityandsmoothnesskeel。
石膏板应经严格选材，表面应平整光洁。安装石膏板前应严格检查龙骨的垂直度和平整 度。
5.4Occupationhealthsafetycriticalrequirements职业健康安全关键要求
(1))Whenusingpowertools，Electricityshouldfollowthe《constructionsite temporaryelectricalsafetytechnicalspecifications\"》JGJ46-88。
在使用电动工具时，用电应符合《施工现场临时用电安全技术规范》JGJ46—88。 (2)whenworkhighabovetheground，Scaffoldingerectionshouldfollowthe《ChongqingMunicipalitybuildingconstructionsafetypractices.》。
在高空作业时，脚手架搭设应符合《重庆市建筑工程施工安全操作规程》。
(3)Preventthedustpollutionduringtheprocessofconstructionshouldtakethecorrespondingprotectivemeasures。
施工过程中防止粉尘污染应采取相应的防护措施。 5.5Environmentthekeyrequirements
环境关键要求

石膏板应竖向铺设，长边接缝应落在竖向龙骨上。
3)Double-sidedgypsumboardinstallation，Shouldbeonesideoftheinsideandoutsidetwolayersofgypsumboardandkeelstaggeredjointstoarrangejointandshouldnotfallonthesamerootkeel;Accordingtothedesignrequirementsof3hoursfireprotection,Afteragoodshouldbeinstalledatthesideofthekeelgypsumplasterboard，Carriedrockwoolpadding;Usingrockwool50mm，60kg/m³ofrockwoolboardfiretreatment.Thentheothersideoftheenclosedboard。 双面石膏板安装，应与龙骨一侧的内外两层石膏板错缝排列接缝不应落在同一根龙骨上;根据3小时防火失效的设计要求,应在龙骨一侧安装好石膏石膏板后，进行岩棉填充;采用岩棉50mm，60kg/m³的岩棉板进行防火处理.再封闭另一侧的板。
4)Gypsumboardshouldadoptself-tappingscrews。Surroundingthescrewspacingshouldnotexceed200mm，Middlepartofthescrewspacingshouldnotexceed30Omm，Screwsfromtheedgeoftheplateshouldbe10-16mm。1,2,3layersofgypsumboard,respectively,with25mm,35mm,50mmscrewfixedtothekeel，Firstandsecondfloorsscrewspacingshouldbeenlarged，Thethirdlayerofthescrewsshouldbetightlynailed；Sincetheoutersteelframeblock，Can'tconstruction，Gypsumboardisfixedoutsidethesideofthe300mmfromthetopplace，Self-tappingscrewsfromtheinsidetotheoutsideofgypsumboardfixedkeel。
石膏板应采用自攻螺钉固定。周边螺钉的间距不应大于200㎜，中间部分螺钉的间距不应大于30Ommn，螺钉与板边缘的距离应为10—16㎜。第一、二、三层石膏板分别采用25mm、35mm、50mm的螺钉固定于龙骨上，一、二层螺钉间距应放大，第三层螺钉应紧密钉固；由于外侧钢架挡住，无法施工，外侧距顶部300mm处石膏板固定时，自攻螺钉从内侧龙骨向外侧石膏板固定。
5)Wheninstallingdrywall，Shouldbestartedfrommiddlepartoftheplatetoplateedgesfixed。Nailheadslightlyburiedplate，Butnotdamagethepapersurface;Nailholeshouldusegypsumputtyscrewing. 安装石膏板时，应从板的中部开始向板的四边固定。钉头略埋人板内，但不得损坏纸面;钉眼应用石膏腻子抹平。
6))Gypsumboardshouldbebasedonaccurateagridsizecutouts;ShouldbeinplaceandtightagainstagridButcannotbeforced.
石膏板应按框格尺寸裁割准确;就位时应与框格靠紧，但不得强压。
7)Gypsumplateandthetopwallaroundthewallorpillarshouldhaveanotch3mm。Whenlayinggypsumboard，Shouldfirstwheretherabbetsealingfillingpaste，Thenplankingandextrusionsealingpastethepanelcloselycontactwithadjacentsurface.
隔墙端部的石膏板与周围的墙或柱应留有3mm的槽口。施铺石膏板时，应先在槽口处加注嵌缝膏，然后铺板并挤压嵌缝膏使面板与邻近表层接触紧密。
8)IntheDingtypeorcross-shapedconnectingpoint，Asfortheinsidecornershoulduseputtycovered，Pastetheseamzone，Asexposedcornersshouldprotecthorn.
在丁字型或十字型相接处，如为阴角应用腻子嵌满，贴上接缝带，如为阳角应做护角。

石膏板外侧批腻子，涂涂料。内墙内侧批腻子，涂涂料。由于顶部500mm处有钢架挡住不便于施工，先在石膏板上500mm处涂上涂料再安装。 7.Materialtransport材料运输 7.1Verticaltransport垂直运输

10.1Constructionsafetyguaranteemeasures施工安全保证措施
10.1.1Theroutinemanagementofproductionsafetymeasures安全生产常规管理措施：
(1)Toparticipateintheprojectpersonnelmustadhereto“safetyfirst，firstprevention”，Layeruponlayertoestablishpostresponsibilitysystem，Abidebythestateandenterprisesafetyoperationprocedures，Inanycase,cannotbeillegaloperationorillegalcommand；Fieldsetupfullsafetyinspectors，teamsandgroupsapart-timesecurityofficer，Constructionworkersinthejobideologicalfocus，Nooperatingpersonnelqualificationcertificatecannotengageinspecialtradesjobs。
(1) 参加该工程人员必须坚持“安全第一，预防为主”的方针，层层建立岗位责任制，遵守国家和企业的安全操作规程，在任何情况下不得违章操作或违章指挥；现场设专职安全检查员，班组兼职安全员，施工人员在作业时思想集中，无操作证人员不得从事特殊工种作业。

10.1.2Temporaryelectricalsafetymeasures临时用电安全措施： (1)GroundingmethodaccordingtoprovisionsofJGJ46-88，ProtectionsystemusingTN-S，Groundingelectrodeusinga50gaugegalvanizedanglesteelorgalvanizedsteelpipeburied；Itisforbiddentousesteeltubeorcablearmorforgroundingconnection，Themetalshellorstentelectricalconstructionequipmentshallbeadoptedvariousreliablegroundingwire；Groundingresistanceisnotgreaterthan4ohms。
(1)接地方式按JGJ46-88规定执行，采用TN-S保护系统，接地极采用50规格镀锌角钢或镀锌钢管埋地；严禁用钢管或电缆铠皮进行接地连接，各种电器施工机具的金属外壳或支架均应采用导线可靠接零；接地电阻不大于4欧姆。

(2)配电箱应采用有合格证的产品，应根据电气设备负荷特性装设漏电保护装置，各类配电箱/盘均应统一编号由专人管理；上班合闸后必须锁上配电箱，并挂当心触电标志牌，下班后，停止使用的箱/盘应立即切断电源，箱门上锁；配电箱/开关箱应严密、完整、无损，配电箱/开关箱应有明显的保护接零线。

(3)施工现场用电机械实行“一机一闸”制，施工现场使用的配电箱及手持电动工具，必须按产品要求设置漏电保护器；手持电动工具的外壳、手柄、开关、电源插头等必须做定期检查，以保证安全可靠；一般场所应选用Ⅱ类手持式电动工具，并装设动作电流不超过15mA、额定漏电时间不超过0.1秒的漏电保护器；在露天、潮湿场所或金属构架上操作必须选用Ⅱ类手持式电动工具，严禁使用Ⅰ类手持式电动工具；手持式电动工具必须做定期检查，以保证灵敏可靠。

(5)用电管理规定，当断电维修时必须有人看护，并挂严禁合闸标志牌；定期派专人检查配电箱、各用电设备以及供电线路，防止触电事故的发生，并做好检查记录；每月项目经理部进行一次安全检查，工长对班组进行一次安全教育；班组长每天对工人进行一次班前安全教育。
10.2Securitytechnicalmeasures安全保障技术措施
10.2.1Performsecuritymeetingsystem执行安全会议制度：

以批准的《安全保障实施方案》为准则，每周一召开现场安全例会，总结上一周安全工作情况，分析可能出现安全隐患的原因，提出本周的安全重点；例会上施工单位应服从建设单位的决定及解决施工中出现的各种涉及安全的问题。
10.2.2Constructionpersonnel,machineryandvehicletrafficmanagement 施工人员、机具和车辆通行管理：

设置的安全隔离带或安全隔离墙要满足完全封闭的要求，禁止非施工人员、机具和车辆进入施工隔离区域，每个特殊施工区域设置一名保安值班，防止未经允许的人员进入。
10.2.3Demarcatedconstructionareamanagement划定施工区域管理： Useofbuildingstructuresetupisolationbelt、Buildsecurityfence，Orsetupisolationandbuildingswithacombinationofasecuritycordon，Letoneclosedconstructionarea，Withotherregionstoisolate。Ingeneral,theconstructionwithintheconstructionarea，Anypersonnel,vehicles,machineryandequipmentshallnotexceedthecordon，Insertasmallredflagduringtheday，Aredwarninglightatnight，Full-timesecuritystaffpatrolinspection,supervision。
利用建筑结构设立隔离带、搭建安全隔离墙，或设立隔离带和建筑物相结合的方式作为安全警戒线，使某个一般施工区域封闭，与其它区域隔离开。在一般施工区域内施工时，任何人员、车辆、机械设备不得超越警戒线，白天插小红旗，夜间设红色警示灯，专职安全员巡回检查、监督。

项目部要定期邀请机场公安部门举行安全讲座，施工班组每日针对实际情况进行安全教育并有安全活动记录；工程负责人要按规定对施工生产的安全责任制全面贯彻落实：查隐患、查漏洞、查麻痹思想，经常进行安全教育，针对存在的安全问题及时进行整改并做好有关记录。

施工期间，任何人不得以任何理由破坏《安全保障实施方案》的执行，应遵守在重庆市的各项规定：保安、治安、消防、警卫等规章制度及其条例，一旦违反，公安机关依照《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚条例》、和《中华人民共和国消防法》的有关规定进行处罚。
